Hypertension in pregnancy is one of the direct causes of maternal mortality. The aim of this study was to determine the association of parity, nutritional status, and history of hypertension simultaneously with hypertension in pregnancy at Bandar Agung Public Health Center in 2025. This research used a quantitative method with an analytical survey design and a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all pregnant women who attended antenatal care visits at Bandar Agung Public Health Center in July–August 2025, totaling 32 pregnant women. The sample in this study consisted of 32 respondents selected using total sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and a sphygmomanometer. Data analysis employed the Chi-Square statistical test. The univariate analysis showed that the number of respondents without hypertension was 20 (62.5%), which was higher than those with hypertension, totaling 12 respondents (37.5%). Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between parity and the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy (p-value = 0.002), a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy (p-value = 0.006), and a significant relationship between history of hypertension and the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy (p-value = 0.006). It is expected that health workers can strengthen programs for the prevention and management of hypertension in pregnancy.
